We’re delighted to welcome back pianist Libby Burgess, who will complete the programme with solo piano music by Cheryl Frances-Hoad and Lili Boulanger. With music from France, Italy, Germany, the UK and the US, this concert will explore unique sound-worlds and fresh musical textures. Petros Singers is West London’s leading amateur chamber choir. We perform a wide variety of music – from baroque to contemporary, from large-scale works to exquisite miniatures – placing particular emphasis on vibrant and communicative singing.  Richard Bannan was a choral scholar at Clare College, Cambridge before embarking on a career as a professional vocal musician, arranger and teacher. He now sings as a Lay-Clerk at St George’s Chapel, Windsor and with many of the country’s major professional ensembles.  Libby Burgess is well known on concert stages across Britain, playing in the country’s major halls and festivals, on Radio 3, and on numerous recordings. She is known for her ‘warm, sensitive pianism’ (The Observer), her musical intelligence and her generosity of collaborative spirit. Libby is also the founding Artistic Director of the annual New Paths Music Festival in Yorkshire, the creative highlight of her year.  St Michael and All Angels Church, London DD/MM/YYYY
